Concentrated liquid blend of alkaline additive and nitrite.

Ideal
for use in closed recalculating water cooling systems, as
well as other closed heating systems.

Can be
used with anti-freeze.

Reduces
cavitation and erosion.

Convenient for use with a wide variety of metals including
iron and steels, copper, bronze and brass, but not
recommended when aluminum
metal is available.

Very
cheap cost program.

easily handled liquid formulation, suitable for manual or
automatic dosing.

Dosage, Feeding & Control
Mercy Cool 2100
is normally fed to supply a corrosion protection for closed
cooling and heating systems.
A reserve
of 800-1000 ppm of nitrite is suitable to keep the pipe network
safe from any possibility of corrosion while the pH value should
be >8.5.
Mercy Cool 2100
can be
dosed by a separate dosing pot or manually to the expansion tank
by a rate of 3 - 3.5 kg/m3 of system volume.
Mercy Cool 2100
provides
effective protection for iron and steel, brass, copper, and many
other metals which are present in such sytems.
Packaging
Mercy Cool 2100
is packaged in 32 kg and 256 kg plastic drums.
Safety & Handling
Mercy Cool 2100
is
an oxidizing agent and should be stored a way form any flammable
materials.
This
product should be handled with care.
Skin and
eye contact should be avoided.
